Chocolate Madeleines

Whip the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add vanilla and mix until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and sugar. Mix until just combined.

Slowly mix in the melted butter.

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Bake madeleines at 350° for 11-12 minutes.

Dip cooled madeleines in melted dark chocolate.
