How to Make Lemon Blueberry Cookies

Combine melted butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy.

Whisk in the eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon extract and vanilla.

Fold in the dry ingredients.

Gently fold in the frozen blueberries.

Scoop cookie dough and arrange on a sheet pan. Chill for 30-45 minutes.

Bake cookies at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

Once cookies have cooled, drizzle them with homemade lemon glaze.
