How to Make Raspberry and White Chocolate Loaf Cake

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Combine liquid ingredients in a large measuring cup.

Add liquid ingredients and eggs to dry ingredients. Mix to combine.

Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate.

Add batter to prepared baking pan. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.

Top the cooled loaf with the white chocolate glaze.
