White Chocolate Raspberry Blondies

Brown the butter and allow to cool.

Mix brown sugar into the brown butter.

Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Fold the white chocolate chunks into the batter.

Use your hands to press the dough into a parchment lined baking pan.

Drop teaspoons of jam onto the blondie batter.

Drag a sharp knife through the jam to spread it through the batter.

Bake blondies. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
