Tropical Green Smoothie

Pineapple, mango and banana blended with fresh greens, almond butter and coconut milk. This filling, protein packed tropical smoothie is guaranteed to be the perfect start to any day of the week. Kids love this smoothie too!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen tropical fruit I use a combination of mango, pineapple, strawberries and bananas
  • 3 cups baby kale or spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 and ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Add the frozen fruit, spinach or kale, banana, almond butter, coconut milk and water to your blender. Puree on high until smooth and creamy. 
    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours. 

Notes

Smoothies travel well and make a perfect breakfast or snack on the go. Store smoothies in a mason jar or travel cup in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
