  • 4-6 oranges thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170°
  • Slice oranges into very thin slices - about 1/16th of an inch.
  • Arrange orange slices on 1-2 parchment lined sheet pans.
  • Bake orange slices for 2 hours.
  • Flip orange slices over and bake for an additional 2 hours.
  • Allow dehydrated orange slices to cool completely.
  • Store dehydrated orange slices in an airtight container for up to one year.
  • Use orange slices as a garnish for your favorite cocktail or mocktail.

Notes

Make a Big Batch of Orange Slices: Because it takes a while to dehydrate the orange slices in the oven, it's nice to make a big batch all at once. Then you will have plenty of orange slices anytime that you want to add a fancy garnish to your drink.
