Maple Roasted Pecans

A crunchy, sweet, and salty, maple roasted pecan recipe. Liven up any soup or salad, or enjoy as a healthy snack anytime.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Papa Joe's Salt or combination or salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine pecans, olive oil, maple syrup, and Papa Joe's Salt or salt and pepper. Mix until the nuts are well coated.
  • Spread the coated pecans onto the prepared pan and drizzle over any remaining liquid. 
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Remove pecans from the oven and allow them to cool completely. The cooled pecans can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature until you are ready to use them.
