Ingredients

  • ½ fresh jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • ½ large tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 4 avocados
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon Papa Joe's Salt or mixture of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine jalapeno, red onion, tomato, and garlic.
  • Cut each avocado in half and remove the pits. Score each avocado, slicing into squares and scoop into the bowl with the other veggies.
  • Add chopped cilantro and squeeze the fresh lime juice over the veggies. Add Papa Joe's salt or salt and pepper. Mix/mash with a large fork. If you like your guacamole filled with larger chunks of avocado, don't mash it as much.
