No Bake Almond Butter Cacao Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free, quick cook rolled oats
- ¼ cup protein powder
- ½ cup cacao nibs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl and combine the oats, salt, protein powder and cocoa nibs. Mix gently to combine.
- Add the almond butter, agave and vanilla and mix until well combined.
- Use your 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the dough. Use your hands to make them into balls.
