This refreshing and simple grapefruit cocktail will become your favorite go to drink for an impromptu BBQ or 4:00 play date. You're going to love this combination of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, vodka, Aperol, honey and sparkling water. This sweet and tart cocktail can be made in less than five minutes and served in your favorite cocktail glass. I recently had a similar drink at Sportello Boston. It was served in the sweetest little cocktail glass and just so refreshing. I decided it was worthy of trying to recreate, so here you have it.
I'm sorry that it's been a while since I have posted a new recipe. I had intended to post this recipe back in March or April, right before the granola making ramped up, so here you have it...better late than never!!! It's finally summer vacation over here so you'll be seeing both new recipes and new granola flavors and products! up on the blog.
After all of that granola work, I totally need to put my feet up and enjoy a sparkling grapefruit cocktail! Good thing this gorgeous drink can be shaken and served in less than five minutes!

I can't wait to hear what you think of our newest cocktail recipe. If you're looking for local honey to sweeten up your cocktail, check out the Milton Billion Backyard Bee Project. Their mission is to "grow a community of bee-enthusiasts (bee-lovers) by raising the awareness of bee-conservation and backyard beekeeping". They have the MOST delicious honey and you can get your hands on some any Thursday at the Milton Farmer's Market.
Coming your way next... a copycat version of my favorite dinner from Sportello Boston - potato gnocchi with mushroom ragu and peas and a recipe for Strawberry Lemonade Scones.

My new FAVORITE snack / breakfast / easy lunch is CAMPFIRE S'MORES GRANOLA from Maple & Thyme! It's genius - the mix of classic granola combined with tiny marshmallows, delicious chocolate chips, and the perfectly crushed graham crackers makes for a delectable combination - there is nothing like this granola out there!❤
