A refreshing strawberry mojito made with the ripest berries, fresh basil from your garden and your favorite rum. You're going to love this naturally sweetened, sparkling summer cocktail! This mojito should definitely be on your top 10 summer cocktails list.
I must say that I love just about any fruit mojito recipe. They are just so simple to make and there are so many ways to be creative. This perfect summer cocktail came about by accident last summer. I headed out back to pick some mint for a mojito, only to discover that it had all been munched on by a furry, four legged friend. I decided to replace the mint with basil and this summer beauty was created. If you love summer cocktails as much as I do, be sure to check out my favorite Summer Peach Tea Cocktail too!
